BOWA is a designer / creator based on the beautiful shores of Strangford Lough, Co. Down, Northern Ireland. This area of outstanding beauty and the people who live within it has been the inspiration behind many of the pieces that have been created in a range of media.
Currently, I am enjoying exploring and expanding my knowledge in textiles with a particular interest in goldwork. From the traditional to more contemporary styles I fully embrace this design journey as an embroideress.
As a visualist, I journal my life through photography and these images are the starting point of my creative work.
