Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery 

1.1 Delivery of the items shall be made to the address specified in the order and you will need to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the items whenever they are tendered for delivery. 

1.2 Risk in the items shall pass to you as the buyer when the goods are delivered to the address specified in the order. 

1.3 You will need to inspect the items immediately and thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. You will need to contact BoWa at bobby@bowadesign.com within 3 working days if the items are damaged. 

 

2. UK addresses 

2.1 Items supplied within the UK will normally be posted within 3 to 5 working days of acceptance of the order, if in stock. 

2.2 Dispatch of commissioned items will be agreed with you prior to payment. 

2.3 BoWa uses Royal Mail either 1st class, 1st class ‘Signed for’, tracked or Special Delivery depending on the value. BoWa is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or any courier services used. 

2.4 For delivery to BFPO addresses, hotels, temporary addresses or PO boxes please email at bobby@bowadesign.com before purchasing.  

3. EU and Rest of World 

2.31 For items to be posted to the EU and the rest world, please contact BoWa via email at bobby@bowadesign.com to discuss postage cost before purchasing. 

3.2 Once postage costs have been agreed, and payment received the items will normally be posted within 3 to 5 working days of acceptance of the order, if in stock. 

3.3 BoWa will use ParcelCompare.com to find the best and most appropriate postage options for you. BoWa is not responsible for any delays caused by any courier services used. 

3.4 Please be aware that there may be additional costs for import taxes and customs duties as well as delays due to border checks. BoWa does not pay these, so you are responsible for any payment that may need to be made. Please contact your local Customs and Excise office for information on costs. 

 

 4. Returns 

4.1 If you are not happy with your Goods, you will need to contact BoWa via email at bobby@bowadesign.com to discuss your concerns. 

4.2 If your Goods are damaged or faulty, please contact BoWa via email at bobby@bowadesign.com with details and photographs of the damage. 

4.3 Goods will need to be returned in the original packaging to BoWa at the address provided to you on your receipt and order within 10 working days of delivery. You will need to obtain and retain a Certificate of Postage as proof of posting, the tracking number if using a tracking service, and ensure that the Goods are sufficiently insured for the return journey to BoWa. 

4.4 Upon receipt by BoWa your available options are: 

  • Replacement like-for-like item 

  • Website credit 

  • Full refund including delivery and postage costs for returning the damaged or faulty Goods only
